To participate fully in our online courses, please ensure your device meets the following specifications:

- Processor:

- Mac: Intel processor or Apple M1 chip.
- RAM:
- PC: 4 GB or more.
- Mac: 4 GB or more.
- Storage:
- 4 GB available space on your device.
2. Software Requirements
Make sure your device is running the latest version of the following operating systems and software:

- Microsoft 365 Apps:

3. Internet Requirements
For a smooth online learning experience, we recommend the following:
- Stable internet connection:
- Minimum speed of 1 Mbps (recommended 3-5 Mbps).
- Use a wired Ethernet connection for optimal performance (Wi-Fi is also supported).
4. Audio and Video Requirements
- Microphone: Ensure your device has a built-in or external microphone for clear audio during classes and discussions.
- Webcam: A built-in or external camera (720p or higher) is required for video-based classes and meetings.
- Speakers or Headphones:
- Built-in or external speakers/headphones will be required for audio clarity during online sessions.
5. Microsoft 365 Education Account
All students must have an active Microsoft 365 Education account provided by Ivy League Associates. This account will grant you access to all the essential tools and services such as Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.
6. Support and Troubleshooting
- Stay Updated: Ensure your operating system, Microsoft 365 apps, and browser are regularly updated to avoid technical issues.
