Students may request to transfer from one course, session, or study mode (e.g., in-person to online) to another, subject to availability and approval by Ivy League Associates.

2. Conditions for Transfer

  • Requests must be submitted in writing before the course start date.
  • Transfers are allowed only once per enrollment and must be for the same academic term or future date within the same academic year.
  • Transfer is permitted only if the course fee for the destination program is equal to or less than the original. For higher-priced courses, students must pay the difference.
  • Transfers are not allowed after attending more than two classes or after two weeks from the course start date.

3. Administrative Charges

  • No administrative fee will apply if the transfer is within the same course and session.
  • A ₦10,000 processing fee (or 5% of course fee) may apply for cross-program or cross-session transfers.

4. Non-Transferable Items

  • Mock exam fees, CBE fees, and scholarship awards are not transferable between sessions or programs.

📅 Deferral Policy

Students may defer their enrollment to a future session due to personal, professional, or medical reasons.

  • Deferral requests must be submitted before the second week of classes.
  • Deferral is granted once per student per course.
  • Deferred enrollment must be used within six (6) months of the original program date.
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., medical reports, work transfer letters) may be requested for validation.

3. Financial Implications

  • No refund will be granted for deferrals.
  • The tuition already paid will be credited toward the future session.
  • If fees increase in the deferred session, the student will be required to pay the difference.

4. Ineligible Deferrals

  • Requests submitted after the second week of class or after attending more than two sessions will not be honored.
  • Deferrals are not applicable to scholarship recipients, mock exams, or CBE fees.
