Ivy League Associates – Admission & Payment Policy

Ivy League Associates is committed to maintaining transparent, secure, and accountable admission and payment procedures for all students. This policy outlines the guidelines governing student admission, tuition payment, and acceptable modes of transaction.

1. Admission Requirements

1.1 All prospective students must complete the official Student Registration Form and provide accurate personal and academic information.
1.2 Payment of the applicable registration fee is mandatory for all new students.
1.3 Admission is confirmed only after:

  • The registration form is fully completed and signed.
  • Payment of the required fees is received and verified.

2. Tuition Payment Policy

2.1 Prohibited Cash Transactions

  • No staff or employee is permitted to receive cash payments from any student for tuition or any other service provided by the school.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

All payments must be made through the following approved channels:

  • Bank Transfer (Direct Credit): A system-generated proof of payment must be submitted.
  • Bank Deposit (Teller): A bank-stamped teller must be presented as evidence.
  • Bank Draft: Must be raised in favour of Ivy League Associates.

2.3 Cheque Policy

  • Post-dated cheques are not accepted.
  • No receipt will be issued until a cheque has cleared.
  • Cheques issued on weekends will be value-dated for the next working day.

3. Payment Schedule & Class Access

3.1 Students must settle their tuition in full before the commencement of classes.

3.2 Where full payment is not possible, the following conditions apply:

  • A minimum of 70% of the tuition fee must be paid before admission is confirmed.
  • The remaining 30% balance must be paid within one month of admission.
  • This arrangement is subject to the written approval of the Director of Administration/Chief Registrar.

3.3 Students who fail to pay the outstanding balance within one month will not be allowed to continue attending classes until full payment is made.

4. Non-Compliance

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in suspension from classes, withholding of academic materials, and/or administrative sanctions.

Visa Policy

Ivy League Associates does not act as a visa application representative and is not authorized to submit or process visa applications on behalf of students.

However, as part of our commitment to supporting our students, we may provide:

  • Official cover letters, and
  • Relevant supporting documents permitted under applicable laws.

These documents are intended solely to assist students in preparing their visa applications, which must be submitted and managed personally by the student through the appropriate visa authorities.

5. Acknowledgement

By enrolling at Ivy League Associates, the student agrees to comply with the terms of this Admission & Payment Policy.
